How to Start a Fulfilling Business:

Today’s topic is going to be all about where to start when creating a fulfilling business, and I cannot wait to see all the amazing growth you will have!
This is the year for all of us to come together and step into our fulfilling lives and businesses, and it is my mission to help you turn your daydream into a reality.

Where to start when creating a fulfilling business:
When you embark on starting your business, there’s so many questions surrounding you, it can be overwhelming and you may not know where to start.
There are many misconceptions about starting a business. I am going to dive into the main one today. I wrote another blog about some more you are welcome to read here.
When I started my first business, I got so caught up in perfecting the website and business plan. I remember having the overwhelm set in and keep me feeling stuck.
Can you relate?
Even if you don’t focus on practical tasks, it can be daunting to look at defining your business’s purpose and ideal clients or customers. How do you even really know?!
A lot of programs (many that I have been a part of) will tell you to create an avatar to better understand your customers or clients.
You might be familiar with this process. You imagine what she looks like, give her a name, and define her interests and what drives her.
This can be a great strategy, but the reality is that this avatar is outside of yourself, and the thing that will make your business stand out, and stay consistent, is its authenticity to you.
So, how do you start a fulfilling business?
Turn inward and understand every corner of your journey.
It’s not about the website, the business plan, the blog, the podcast, the social media, or doing everything, being everywhere, all at once.
Before you do anything, you need to start with your journey. Focus inward, and spend some quiet, reflective time listening to your authentic truth.
And start at the very beginning.
Who was I before I got to where I am today?
What help did I need?
What questions did I have?
What was I seeking most?
Take a look at the version of you that needed to know what you know now most.
Connect your journey with the product or service that you’re going to launch, and connect with the true authenticity behind it.
When you clearly understand the transformation that your product or service had for you, you will better understand your customer’s journeys that led them to your business.
For example, my coaching, and its purpose, come from a very personal place.
I knew I wanted to start a coaching business helping people, but I wasn’t sure what it would exactly look like.
So, instead of getting caught up in what everyone else is doing, or what brand colors I wanted, I reflected on who I was before I got to this place.
I was a lost girl, who didn’t know what she wanted to do and was caught up in self-doubt.
But through my transformational journeys into the world of personal development, I found my purpose, found the confidence to take action toward my goals, and started to formulate a simple process that was authentic to me.
I started in one spot, got to another, and looked at all the tools and common themes that allowed me to get to the place I am now.
So when you look at my program, Fulfilled Femme Entrepreneur, every single pillar is one that has helped me along the way.
Clarity of purpose
Confidence to work through the doubts
Connection to my intuition
Captivating my audience with my authentic content
Creating a real impact
Consistency in showing up for my business and clients.
So instead of looking outside of yourself for answers, turn inward.
You know your journey better than anyone else, and your business is a reflection of that.
You are sharing everything that worked for you, and using it to help someone else get their desired result.
You are your first testimony. You are the embodiment of your brand. Your business then becomes so much more authentic.
So, as you face starting your new business, don’t get overwhelmed by the millions of questions swirling around in your head.
Start with you. Look at your journey, and identify what it was you were seeking before you got to where you are now. And then look at where you are now, and name the key things on your journey that allowed you to get from point A to point B.
