Hi,I'm Cassandra Rosa!
I am a certified intuitive life & business coach, energy healer, reiki master, award-winning author, and podcast host. I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and from the time I was a little girl I knew I wanted to make a mark on the world.
I studied Psychology at Brock University and as graduation approached I had a major NOW WHAT MOMENT. It was a moment of uncertainty of my next steps as most 20 somethings experience once they graduate.

I participated in a study exchange at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and upon my return to Canada volunteered abroad in Namibia, Africa at an after-school program mentoring children.
I followed in my father’s footsteps in the insurance industry and later worked for several multi-billion dollar companies like Coca-Cola and Nespresso.
I have since invested over $100k plus in personal development courses and coaching. I have studied multiple modalities including NLP (neurolingistic programming), business, reiki, manifestation, expanded intuition, energy healing, and mindset courses.

My passion is to help female entrepreneurs create fulfilling lives and impactful businesses with clarity and confidence. I believe we all deserve to have a fulfilling life. To make that happen it's essential to have clarity and confidence to create that life you are daydreaming about.

The problem is you want more out of life. You are in the early stages of creating your business. You’ve spent so much time energy and money investing in endless personal development courses and certifications and you still haven’t launched your business. You aren’t clear on what path to take and that’s making you filled with fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt. The lack of clarity is what is standing in the way of you creating a life that fulfills you at your core. The lack of confidence is making you take one step forward and two steps back. I believe that no one deserves to have an unfilling life! We don’t have to stay stuck in the fear but rather create that fulfilling life and business now!
I’ve been in your shoes… I taking all the personal development courses and certifications while having a job that doesn’t bring me joy. Wanting to have my own fulfilling business and not knowing where to start.” Everything changed when I started to become clear about what fulfillment meant to me. A life filled with impact, purpose, and my dream clients. Once I knew where I was going, I became more focused on my path. Next, I let go of all the fear and self-doubt which allowed me to let go of the resistance on all levels. I let it go mentally, emotionally, and energetically so I felt completely clear. That allowed me to take action confidently towards my vision consistently. Lastly, I made a plan of what steps to take. I knew a simple and authentic process so I no longer felt stuck in the how.

Now I go to bed every night with ease, filled with gratitude that I have manifested my daydreams and I have a business fulfills me. A business where I am so excited to coach my dream clients based on the topics I love and get paid for doing so. I know what it feels like to want to make a huge impact and I know we all have what it takes to have a fulfilling life. A life where we can travel the world, work from our laptops and impact people’s lives.
