My Favourite Manifestation Tool!

Today I’m excited to share my favorite manifestation tool with you! This is something I use daily to manifest things in my life.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with manifestation, it is a tool you can use to help you tap into the Law of Attraction.

What is the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is the idea that we can or will attract into our lives the things that we focus on most.

That’s why when you are manifesting, you need to focus and get really clear on what it is you want.

That’s why the tool I’m about to share with you is one of my absolute favorites.

My number one tool for manifesting is the Day in A Life method.

To practice this tool, all you need is a pen and paper. Simply put, you are going to write out a Day in A Life that you want to manifest and say it out loud everyday.

Using this exercise will help you:

1. Stay Focused

This is one of the most important aspects of manifestation. If you aren’t focused on your desire, you won’t be able to clearly see what you want. Where you focus your attention will dictate what will be your reality.

2. Embody What You Are Manifesting

The more you use your senses to embody what you are manifesting the more it will feel like a real part of your reality. You want to embody the feelings and emotions that you would actually be feeling if you were actually experiencing your day in life.

Now let’s create our Day in a Life.

1. Get Specific

Write down your day as specific as possible. Include all your senses. Think about what you want to taste, touch, smell, see, and feel.

Here are some questions to help you get specific.

What would your morning and night routine be?

What would the tasks you complete for your career be?

How will you be feeling throughout the day?

How will your top values be incorporated into your day?

It’s already set in stone. This IS your life.

2. Say it out loud consistently.

Read this out loud daily with lots of enthusiasm. The more you speak your desires into existence and step into the feeling of living this day, the faster you will attract and create your desires.

* Find a time in the day that saying this outloud will fit into your routine seamlessly. For example after you are reading your daily affirmations.

What’s great about using the day in the life tool is that not only are you practicing speaking things into existence, but you are practicing, positive thought patterns, self-belief, and visualizing your desires.

All these aspects are so important when it comes to manifesting.
