Must Have Morning Routine for Manifestation
Today, I am sharing my must-have morning practice for manifestation! I have seen massive results from this morning routine practice, and I want to share them with you so you can achieve similar results and manifest them for yourself!
I recently manifested something amazing with this practice, making this the second time I’ve manifested something big using this morning routine manifestation technique.
What’s the routine?
It’s simple—you may have heard me speak about this before. I’ve been doing this for about 1-2 years now, and it has changed my life tremendously.
It is called A Day in the Life—it is something I have been doing for a year.
Essentially, you are writing down what your dream day looks like. But it’s more than that. You are writing down what the perfect day looks like for you from start to finish. You are including all of the things that matter most to you. All of your values. Incorporating all of your senses is also essential. Most importantly, write in the present tense.
You are journaling as if this is your current reality. This step is what sets it apart from a normal journaling exercise and takes it to the next level so you can manifest with ease and flow.
Why is this practice so helpful?
Why is it so important to be clear on what your dream day looks like and to affirm it every single day?
It keeps you focused
It helps you with clarity
Help you use the law of attraction
It’s important to have that clarity and be who you want to be to achieve your result. In simple terms, embodying what you want, practice what you want—it will help you show the universe what you want.
Think of it as a phone call to the universe. It’s your chance to call up the universe and say. Hey, this is what I want to cultivate in my life. The clearer you are, the less static there is on the line, and the better the universe will understand and be able to deliver your desire right to you.
How to Create your Day in A Life:
Sit down with your journal and start by looking at your dream morning & night routine, values, habits you want to include in your life, and the things you would like to complete in a day. Consider what your day would look like if you had zero limitations, and you could have, be, and do everything and anything you desire.
Write down your entire day from the moment you wake up to the details of your night routine. Focus on your senses, where you are, what you are wearing, the people you interact with, what you eat. The tiniest details are important.
Don’t forget to make sure it’s all in the present tense.
After being clear of your dream day develop a practice to connect with this daily whether it be read it back to yourself every morning.
I have clients who read it to their kids in the morning while they are breastfeeding. I have clients who listen to their voice memo back as they are driving. I know people who have made it into a beautiful visual on Canva or even into a song. Take this practice and be creative—make it your own. It’s your chance to call up the universe and declare the life you want to have.
The Day in The Life Manifestation Exercise in Action:
For a while, I was attempting to manifest waking up in a beachfront condo in Mexico. I focused on the panoramic view of the water, sand, and waves. Imagine the sounds, smells, and feelings of truly being there. I have been playing with this for over a year.
Saying it in a day in my life, almost every day. Now, this is the last blog post I will be writing from Canada. Next week I will be waking up in a beachfront condo in Mexico! As of next week, I will truly be living my day in the life manifestation!
Proof that this exercise actually works and can completely transform your life by taking your manifestations to the next level.
