Here’s an unfiltered life update 👇🏼

This past month I took the longest content creation pause I have taken in 6 years. ⏸️

It’s been quite a ride!

I have been connecting deeper to my big dreams than ever before. Tapping into the inevitability of them coming into fruition. Feeling like they are closer than they have ever been.

Along with that there were some big change in my personal life. A significant relationship in my life came to an end and it triggered a big transformation.

Feeling safe gearing up for a big move next year and doing it on my own,
Building self-trust when making big life decisions that others don’t understand,
Becoming of the version of me fully living her potential,
& unveiling a new chapter in business and what that looks like.

During the process of healing there were tears, anger, disappointment, uncertainty, confusion, joy, excitement, peace and transformation. The expression of the vastness of human emotion with no bypassing.

Along with that there were also
life-changing breakthroughs and ahas,
letting go of pains from the past,
deepening self-trust,
following intuitive guidance,
redefining my faith,
releasing judgement
and learning about the power of our nervous system.
I’ll share some stories about these soon! 😊

My friend, if you are reading this and are navigating a crossroads moment of knowing the inevitable is coming and experiencing some uncomfortably in the letting go process I see you! It’s okay to take a pause if you need to to process it all 💗

Remember these….
It’s okay to pause.
It’s important to give yourself space to heal.
Don’t rush through the uncomfortable.
There’s no need to judge yourself to taking time to step back for yourself .

Ultimately there is so much beauty to be discovered while navigating the uncomfortable.

This profound healing lots has gifted me with the opportunity to share parts of my journey with you. Lots of creative projects have begun to be created to be service to you and your journey as well.

When I am stuck this is what I do to get myself back into alignment!

1️⃣Step away momentarily to get out of the energy of Stuckness to do something that gets me back in alignment.
My go to way is going for a walk and being present with what surrounds me. Without the phone. Paying attention to my surrounds to get me out of pressure of where I feel like I should be and in union with the present.

2️⃣Reconnecting with my vision. Taking a peak at my vision board or visualizing me fulfilling my purpose are my go to ways to reconnect with why I am doing this in the first place.

3️⃣Take a baby step forward fulfilling that. Responding to a comment on socials, finding a picture for my next social media post, writing down a concept for an upcoming live are examples of a baby step you can take to move forward.

The smaller the better. Taking a series of small steps helps you get the momentum moving and moves you out of a state of stuckness.

This quote came to me in meditation and it holds true especially in eclipse season.

Lots is being stirred up right now astrologically so we can let it go once and for all.

The same holds true for fears on our entrepreneurship journey.

As we expand into our next version of ourselves having fears come up is part of the process. 💫

Especially when we are stepping into uncharted territory. You know when we are creating something we haven’t done before.

Instead of running from them, judging ourselves or letting the fears keep us stuck, it’s important to lean into self-trust of their greater purpose, address them fully so they can clear and then you can move forward.

This has been one of my biggest lessons. 🙏🏼

And is something we are focusing on in the Impact Incubator. ⭐️

This quote really spoke to me! 💛

For years I have seen this image of a ripple effect.

Dropping a stone into the water and seeing the after effects of doing so.

I acknowledged what it represented.

The more I could take small actions every day doing what I love in my business, the more I could inspire others to do the same. ✨

But that wasn’t all I saw in my vision.

I saw other people coming together and doing the same. Casting their own metaphorical stone and creating this collective impact with their business. 💫

The world is experiencing a huge divide right now.

It’s more important than ever for all of us to come together regardless of our personal beliefs and make a collective ripple effect that makes this world a better place.

A single step can make a bigger ripple effect than you think!

One of the biggest realizations I’ve had as an entrepreneur is most of the impact you make goes unseen. 🙈

I was having a moment in business years ago that I was being hard myself.

I was getting impatient on my journey to get clients, grow my business to where I wanted to be and was really getting in my head.

I was having thoughts like..
🗯️ “Am I really making an impact here?”
🗯️”Why aren’t my posts getting a lot of engagement?”
🗯️”I wish more clients were signing up to work with me”
Does this sound familiar?

It was causing me to feel stuck and I was dragging my feet doing my day-to-day business tasks.

I wasn’t feeling motivated to create content, & I would get in my head about asking people to work with me.

I went to a family friend’s wedding and was shocked when this girl ran up to talk to me.

She asked if I was Cassandra Rosa and then went on to tell me how we met at a party years ago, she follows me on IG, loves my content and says by seeing it on her feed it’s helped her on many dark days.

I was taken back by that as I didn’t know she was following me and had never seen her engage on not even one post. 😮

Another example of an interaction like this was this past weekend where I caught up with one of my first client I hadn’t talked with in years!

She went on to tell me how she still applies what we worked on working together years ago and how she’s manifested a new job she’s passionate about, been doing tons of travelling that she’s always wanted to and has had many work opportunities for her creative projects since we talked last. 👏🏼

It really goes to show that by you taking a step forward with your business, as small as writing a post or as big as launching an offer, by you doing so it has so many impactful effects than you can see or imagine.

In 2015 I heard this quote and it forever changed my life. 🥹

I was volunteering at a large scale empowerment for youth.

I heard these words from one of the speakers at the event.

Being surrounded by a stadium filled with kids that wanted to live a life driven by purpose unlocked something inside of me.

A deep desire to do the same.

Be driven by purpose and be the change i wished to see in the world!

When I got home from that event, this quote continued to drive me and I co-created my first business with a friend of mine.

The funny thing is this quote has been coming up a lot again lately.

There is excitement about all that’s to come, a sense of freedom that comes with making the choice to create a new chapter and fears that are coming up along the way too.

The fear of the unknown and uncertainty are some big ones!

Can you relate to wanting to create something new and feeling the fear creep in❓

I know the fears are confirmation that I am stepping into a new path outside my comfort zone into “the unknown”.

But I didn’t used to see it that way.

The fears used to stop me. I saw them as a bad thing and they would stop me from moving forward. 🙅🏻‍♀️

This is your reminder that when you are creating a new chapter it’s normal for fear to come up! Don’t let it stop you from creating the life you want!

The people that you are meant to impact are waiting for you in your next chapter!

What would your reality look like if you live courageously❓

This question came to my mind as I was meditating today for The Lion’s Gate Portal.

As I answered that question, let all my thoughts, ideas and manifestations fly onto the page.

Then I was reminded of something I learned about years ago at a seminar years ago.

Bob Proctor said “If you see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.” 🤲🏼

On days like these we are reminded to embody his teaching!

Dream big, play in the energy of possibility, manifest what we want most and believe it’s possible.

We are invited to remember to harness that lion energy and live courageously. 🦁

Manifest what we want and celebrate the fact that if we see it in our minds it’s up to us to believe we can have it all.

Then the most important part comes in the days to follow aligning with the dreams on all levels by

Thinking
Believing
And acting in alignment with that dream after the initial manifestation process.

If things come up that aren’t that’s when we open our tool box, let go of what we need to let go of and consciously choose what we want instead.

This lions gate I’m choosing to take this as an opportunity to remind myself to live courageously and celebrate my manifestations coming into fruition.

Everything is happening FOR you not to you!

There’s a divine reason for this pause.

I invite you to go inward and reflect on some things:

1) How are YOU doing? - our businesses are an extension of us. If you have lots going on personally it may be divine that your client load isn’t so full right now. Reflect on how you are feeling on all levels- mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically. We don’t do this enough!

2) What are you feeling, thinking and believing about YOUR business right now? - If you are getting frustrated, in lack mentality, and feeling low, it can affect your business. Give yourself permission to do an inventory and use your favourite cleansing tool to let it go and reframe your beliefs. We have big vast emotions and energies like waves in the ocean. Give yourself permission to ride them and understand the pause may be an invitation to be an inward refinement and upgrade.

3) Are you CLEARLY inviting people to work with you? - For your dream clients to work with you, they have to know HOW. It’s surprising how many people I’ve talked to that are getting impatient about getting clients that aren’t inviting them. Create opportunities for people to come be impacted by your offer.
There may be a lull so you can refine the way you present your offer.

6 - This is the most active volcano in Europe on the island of Stromboli 🌋

7 - A special moment seeing where my grandfather grew up. I had chills the whole time.

8- Where my great-grandfather’s business used to be. There’s something special about witnessing where my entrepreneurial spirit came from.

9 - Best gnocchi ever! It had swordfish and eggplant! 20/10

10- Some much needed vitamin sea 🌊

11- Traditional handmade Fileja pasta with nduja sausage! I’m getting hungry making this post 😆

12 - Just a family making once in a lifetime memories.

Recently in a journal sesh I released a dated belief I used to have that my voice didn’t matter.

I had a literal reminder of how unaligned that belief was leading up to my sister’s wedding recently when I lost my voice.

1) to have more check-ins with myself so more clarity can come

I struggled with being still. 😔

I was so used to being on the hamster wheel jumping from one project to the next.

When I was asked to pause, I didn’t know how. ⏸️

It felt so foreign to me.

I caused me to have a wake-up call. 📞

Burnout sideswiped me hard!

It was divine.

It taught me to slow down, learn how to be still and be intuitively guided.

Create moments of stillness in my day then take action accordingly.

Since embodying this, my business has grown so much.

This lesson came up again for my recently.

It had been a busy year with growing my business and filled with my sister’s wedding festivities. 🥂

It has been a very fun and full year!

I have been a bit MIA because I have been dealing with some health things behind the scenes.

My body again is asking for more stillness and for a deepening of a lesson I have learned.

So it’s my commitment for June to prioritize more stillness.

More moments to slow down, pause, be still, listen, deepen my intuitive guidance then act accordingly.

Less of doing more, more of being in stillness.

I have prioritized that tonight and boy did the clarity come down in rapid speed!

My friends, give yourself permission to have even 5 minutes a day to be still, listen and recieve.

Your business will thank you!

After having so much fun at my sister’s wedding this past weekend and healing from a cold, my body was screaming for some rest and relaxation.

-I went for a massage, 💆🏻‍♀️
-spent some quality time doing self-care
- and magically commitments on my schedule were rescheduled by there people I had them with. 🙏🏼

By doing so I am feeling so much better, and am ready for a productive week ahead!

When you feel good, productivity will come with so much ease and your impact will skyrocket! 🚀

Days just fly by! 🚀

It’s a common belief that there isn’t enough time in a day.

Here are 3️⃣ time management hacks to help you make the most of it!

1️⃣ Do a time audit - be aware of things that you do in your day fill your cup and grow your business.

Also take note of things that don’t help you or your business excel!

2️⃣ Address the distractions - The reality is that we all have things in our day that are fillers ie scrolling on socials.

Ask yourself, what can I do to address this distraction?

Ie. Download an app like Opal to help with social media distractions, time block uninterrupted work time, put a do not disturb sign on your home office door during working hours etc.

3️⃣ Find a scheduling system that works for you. - ie. physical or electronic calendars, weekly to-do lists or using a daily agenda for tasks, timeblocking or habit stacking.

Give yourself permission to explore different systems and see what works best for you!

It’s like you are venting to someone but without any responses.

Once you vent it out, think of what is what you want to focus on most and make a step-by-step plan of what you want to do for moving forward.

When I began my journey with social media I was…

Overwhelmed by all my ideas….
-To create live videos,
-Posts,
-Carousels,
-To be on all the platforms like Instagram, -Facebook, Facebook groups, Pinterest,

Just to name a few.

Along with the “idea overwhelm” I was unsure which ideas would stick, get engagement, and have me connect with my dream clients.

Instead of doing it all at once I got some wise advice from mentors.

Just simply start ‼️

So I began with one Facebook Group video each week.

It was a step outside my comfort zone.

Even though I practiced at least 10 times for it, it felt doable for me.

After months of doing videos I added in an Instagram post a week and then another and another idea.

Fast forward to today about 6 years since that first live video, I have proudly remained consistent ever since. 🙂

By showing up simply and scaling
I felt more confident in my craft,
Brought all the ideas I shared about to life and have made an impact with so many clients along my journey.

Today I am sitting in so much gratitude and celebration for 2019 Cassandra. 🥹

On April 30th 2019 I posted my first Facebook group video.

It was the biggest step forward I ever took in my business.

Why?

For years I was terrified of social media. 😬

If you could see a thought bubble coming out of my mind in 2019 you would see thoughts like…

💭This video needs to be perfect!
💭Did I say all my talking points?
💭Was that good enough?
💭What will people watching think of you?
💭Are people going to like this?

To be honest, it would take you a long time to read them all so I’ll stop there.

Needless to say I was terrified to post about my business and fear kept me stuck for a long time. 🙅🏻‍♀️

As much as I had this inner narrative going on I also felt this intuitive nudge to move forward.

It was a battle between my mind and inner knowing.

One day I made the conscious choice in a private Facebook group to start posting.

I chose to act in spite of my fears and take a step.

And today I couldn’t be more proud of myself.

That day changed everything.

It was the first time I acted in spite of fear in business.

And from then forward 6 years later, I posted nearly every week in my Facebook group.
